It would be nice to see Zircon outside of the infamous band room parties. I should take the night off work. I love how 99% of the time when I ask for time off, it's to go to a metal show. My boss is well aware of this and thinks it's awesome.
We haven't played a local show since Aug 15th of 2007. This one will actually be our second one back... we're playing some metal BBQ thing at the Ashland Fish & Game in like 2 weeks.
Also appropriate is "setheriously". As in, "You setheriously naglfarted".

The bathrooms at the band room are really bad. Seriously... the last time I went there, both toilets were overflowing, and one was filled with diarrhea. There was urine-fecal juice flowing into the hallway. People were peeing in the back alley behind the dumpster because it was better than using the bathroom. That is really, really bad.
Just got back from work where somebody told me we were playing with one of seth putnam's bands. This seems untrue. 6 new songs ready for the show, and still no decisions made on a new name. no one in the band liked the name STALINIZER so it will stay Deathamphetamine for now. maybe someone can come up with a name for us at the show.
we will solicit new names on the fly
one finalist will be chosen between every song
then, at the end, we will feed cocaine to 6 homeless dudes each with a possible band name painted in blood on their backs
the winner of the ensuing deathmatch gets a gift certificate to subway as well as the honor of having their assigned name chosen as our new nom de guerre
so im sitting here on the intertubes drinking wine eating shepherds pie hanging out with my cat and contemplating how this show reaffirmed my faith in life....
