Looking for full-time drummer with own kit and most preferably practice space (it's ok, we can find one together if not) to start two man band. We can share vocals. Bass and drums, :30 second to 2:00 songs, fast as fuck, with plenty of blasts.
YOU:
-Must have clear, strong, fast blasts and good sense of timing
-Must have own working, good-to-excellent kit that you maintain
-Have flexible schedule
-Be willing to play 2-3 shows a month, and tour several times throughout the year
-Experience in other gigging / touring bands strongly desired
-Preferably able to do vocals and play at the same time, though I guess I could just do the vocals by myself. At least be willing to do backups.
-Be really commited to the idea of practicing and playing music as part of your LIFE, and NOT as a hobby
ME:
-Heavily experienced in music, touring, and recording
-Have a big ass van with room for your stuff and comfy seats
-Possess all own gear (I may do guitar for the beginning of the band while I shop for two 8x10 cabinets and two heads, or just stick to guitar...not sure...)
-Constantly writing music
-Dedicated as a motherfucker
-Have tour connections and know-how to get shows, put shows on, book a tour, promote a tour, etc etc
-Skilled in Graphic Design, poster design, and many other band-necessary art thingies
