i'm uncomfortable with this trailer and i have some reasons. one is

Just the fact that the moron compared the game to Blackhawk Down was instant credibility fail! The movie made him uncomfortable? Why because it was true?
True be told, when I downloaded the trailer 2 months ago, the first thing I thought wasn't "oh cool white kills lots of blacks" Actually it was more like "oh cool, what better place to have a zombie infestation then africa. It's the most disease ridden, cesspool in the entire world. What better of a setting for a zombie out break"
And... according to capcom, this is going to be an origin story of sorts. This is the place were umbrella got the t-virus from.

Somehow capcom said they were going to work that into the story. Again this is all speculation because they let very little leak about it other than what I said above and the fact that "they" (capcom) could not think of a better setting the africa because it is the birthplace of humanity.

I guess the point is, is that everyone will see the game they way they want. I for 1 don't see the game as being racist. I think the visuals look amazing and the fact that it's outside during the day seems for some reason to make it even creepier and add to that... Capcom are making "your" eyes light and dark sensitive I.E. when you are outside and walk into a hut it will take a second for your eyes to adjust to the darkened room, all the while zombies are fucking you up!

If you read the Croal interview on RE5 you'll see the racism accusations aren't because "OMG CRACKER SHOOTS ANGRY NIGRAS!" it's based on the portrayal of blacks in the trailer (and Croal admits that since it's just a trailer the portrayal could be softened in the full game) :

"The point isn't that you can't have black zombies. There was a lot of imagery in that trailer that dovetailed with classic racist imagery.
