Hey Rev: Our show starts after this one ends, I think, if you want to shoot it. It IS New Bedford, though.

your show stages after 11:10? it would take me over an hour to get there.

Deathrace: short set. Good stuff though. I think the singer was in another band cause he looked familiar.glad they didnt start "one time" or i would have missed them.

bonus army, the: these dudes are both excellent and fun. I ran across the street and by the time I grabbed a pack of gum, they start. The crowd knew a lot of their music so they sang along. They also played new songs so there wasnt much singing along for those. Lot of moshing and random jumping.

the show may or may not have just been shutdown. not sure. there was a fight during hivesmasher and some old guy got on stage, saying it's over.

the pastor lady is on stage and I think kicking out people who are laughing. She's preaching at us. not sure what's going on here.

the ldy made us promise not to cause any more trouble, but my fingers were crossed when i did it. X_x

VYGR: they ruled so hard. At one point during their set, Will (from the extreme rock band dysentery) and i had a short conversation about how good they were. The only thing that suck was that they took so damn long to set up. When they were just about to play, 1/2 the band had to leave and move their cars. That was lamerz. These guys need some stage lights for their set.

hivesmasher: all fun and games until someone loses and eye or something like that. The new stuff was more rocky than the older stuff. They played some of those nu hardcore riffs that cause pit people to pretend too ride around on a fake motorcycle. I was snapping bunches of decent pictures at the end until the fight. Then i put my camera away and the afore mentioned events transpired.

Crud.. That gives me a big old goose egg for that year. Suckage. Any how, the music had a loot of different things in it from ome grunge guitar parts to something more like earlier cave in. The whole thing was updated sounding in a ETID way. The crowd just stood there not moving. Moshing might just shut the show down. The lady and her husband were on the side of the stage the whole time watching. When would of he guitar player asked for voyager's lights and the other guitarist answered "lights cause fights" the lady said "that's not helpping. Do you want to shut down the show?"

Fun night with the exception of the fist fight. All of the bands sounded great and overall the turnout was good.

all I know is that I was taking pictures of aaron being angry and azn.. and then I turn around to see people all mad. I looked for Will, but didn't see him.

I always jump in these threads too late hahaha. Yeah, we named our band after Vinny, just cuz we thought after Hextall, he being the best goaltender to ever live, we had to pick a shitty one. We'll work on that Jon Casey song soon, I promise. Rev, as always awesome pics man.

it was cool meeting Mike_K and making fun of girls clothing with Ryan (fell on). We have the patent on digital clothing. don't fuck with us or we will sue.

It's unreal, I don't get why when people are moshing, it's the fucking cool thing to go punch girls on the side, cuz what happened to the best of my knowledge (me being right next to it) some kid moshing runs at group of girls to the side, punching them in the face. Obviously people take offense to that. You have the whole floor to mosh, leave the people on the side alone. Respect yourself and the bands playing. Same thing happened in Reading last time Rev shot us. Unreal. But it doesn't take away the fact Hive Smasher fucking owns.

haha sorry about some of us going to move their cars right when we were about to start, but a show we played a few weeks ago in albany we had both vehicles towed while we were playing, and it did not make for a fun experience... and all the computer stuff takes forever to set up right when there isn't a sound guy/club system, so sorry about that. Glad you enjoyed it though. I missed the fight part so I thought it was a pretty fun show

lolz @ poop references. I wanted to go nuts when that hippy god man tried grabbing my mic from me. I'm wicked anal when someone I don't know(especially someone who looks like the runner up in the Iggy Pop impersonator contest) is holding my mic and using it the same time I am, yet I have no qualms with holding the mic out for people to scream into. Go figure that one out because I can't. Regardless, I feel that was our best played set to date.

Just to plug, we're nearly done recording the full length with Eric from Noosebomb.
Will Dysentery is coming out to spit some mad verse tomorrow and maybe a few more special guests.

Voyager sounded like a more rocky Agalloch....I dont know why but they did. They blew me away. Hive Smasher was awesome as well. Loved the harmonics. November 5, 1995, was good but I like Sluts 10x more.

Missed Deathrace unfortunately. I would have liked to see them but my dumbass friend (the dude who laughed at the "number 2" thing) was an hour late so we had to wait for him. Riendeau isnt my thing but their lighting was ballah, and whoever was operating their board was a hell of show hahahaha

Great show all around. The fighting was stupid, and it certainly is nothing new, I'm most surprised by the fact that the people from the church keep changing their minds and allowing shows to happen again. Must be because of jesus, and forgiveness, and all of that...

I'm dissapointed in no review of our set....then again we did play at an ungodly hour in a church with many a person craving food and booze.
