I'm thinking maybe turkey burgers, maybe nachos with home made guacamole. Maybe this chili recipe I found in Men's Health. I dunno, who's whipping up something good?

We've got wings, too-many layer nacho dip, pizza, stuffies, pigs in a blanket, cakes, oreo balls, and more wings!

yo mike! i already picked up 2 bags of tortilla chips - 1 spicy blue corn and the other is cilantro and lime...i also picked up some salsa and 2 kinds of hummus for em. and when i get out of work im gonna pick something else up, and probably something vegan for the (lolfag) veggie-friendly.

I'm going to a party with a bunch of other peeps, so I'm not making much, it's kind of a pot luck deal.

We made frankfurters at my work. 100% beef, probably 50% fat, emulsified with soy protein, stuffed into sheep casings and wrapped in phyllo dough for "pigs" in a blanket

He made the mistake of telling them he made it, so he had to learn how of course, and now he has to bring it to every party they have.

i really like hearing when people mix soy and real meat. i think that it would really make thinks like hotdogs and ground beef taste better. kudos.

not that I necessarily disagree with you, but yer barkin up the wrong tree here

the beef we used was short rib, which is HUGELY fatty, so to get the proportion of lean meat to fat to emulsify properly in the sausage without breaking, we cheated and used a little of this powdery soy protein. It works kinda like the egg whites in mayo. So rather than making a healthier, tastier sausage like you suspected, it was just all about getting more fat in there :P

we're having chicken egg rolls, scallops wrapped in bacon, bagel bites, chips with salsa, wheatles, an assortment of candy, and some other stuff.

ahhh wtf superbowl snack day is another holiday for stores to make money... in a few years every day will have a gay occasion.
