i actually run the south boston sound museum. The guy i work for William Desmond (DES of "The Bentmen") owns buildings in allston, one down the street from that in brighton, one in cambridge (central square), one down by berkely on boylston, and the one i live in/run in south boston. shoot me an email if you want to inquire about spaces.

i've heard the fenway spaces are a lot nicer now than they were when we practiced there.
