I know I made another thread like this but I got a new computer and finished my os modifications.
I like.

oh and i couldn't get it to stop skiping and making lines ::shurg::

my system died and I can't get it to boot off the gutsy CD to reinstall it.

really? and cd boot in enabled in bios? and what do you mean died? what happens?

the hard drive crapped out.
yes, I did all that and it's not booting off the cd.

all cables are plugged in? maybe a pin got bent or jumpers conflict? maybe burn a new cd? i dunno should have anything to do with ubuntu unless it goes to grub.

the CDrom is set up exactly like it was when I installed 7.04

Wow. That is the craziest OS/GUI I've ever seen in action. I think I might have a brain hemmorage trying to use that.
