actually i think its a great idea... especially since im a huge guy that likes to drive huge cars and atleast 4 times a week i have to park in between idiots that dont know how to park and there is barely enough room for me to squeeze out. if my car had this, there wouldnt be a problem.
I have the same problem, but I solve it by running a key down the side of whatever suv parked 2 inches away from my car. It doesn't actually move the car, but it makes me feel pretty good.
That looks pretty cool, and seems pretty useful but...
How much would something like this tack onto the price of a car? And, not to be a pessimist but, what happens when the motor or whatever mechanism that controls the door movement fails... are you left with just a wide open door?
christ, thats about 3 min of my life ill never get back C'mon, how much does that shit cost? thats like spending millions of dollars on a pen that writes at zero g when you could just use a fucking pencil.
