The 1/2 lb of cheese and 6 oz of cream cheese ain't so good for ya. But, the rest of the shit is (depending on what the tortilla is made of/cooked in). The key is portion size. Some of these are probably like 5 servings, at least.
With that said, I fucking love taco salad. I could easily clean my plate of any of those pictured. |

Those bowls are deep fried flour tortillas. I loved taco salads myself before I took my second job as a cook at a Mexican restaurant. |
