the NUMBER 1 RULE with fast food is CHECK YOUR BURGER BEFORE YOU CHOMP INTO IT. about 50% of the time it wont be right anyway, so knowing that you MUST ALWAYS peel the top bun off to make sure it is as you ordered. this fucking idiot deserves to get sued by mcdonalds for 10 mil for being a fucking pain in the ass and a moron. what he did was basically take a bite of cheese willingly. it doesnt matter how much you make it known that you want something... until you make sure that what you got was indeed what you ordered, they can not be held fully responsible for your failure to confirm. also, with an allergy that serious... dont you think that he is ALWAYS careful about what he eats? just another asshole trying to milk the weak "justice" system for all its got. i hope someone takes cans of cheez whiz and covers him in it.
