you should make subdirectories for each state. this way you can try and promote this on a national level - not sure if you have any desire to

you are going to be able to go to
http://nh.metal-shows.com/
http://fl.metal-shows.com/
http://ma.metal-shows.com/
http://qc.metal-shows.com/

and it will list the shows for that area.
the events page on www.returntothepit.com will only show MA/RI/NH/ME/VT/CT, but you will be able to confirgure it.
