Does "forever" count? (One of my first eBay experiences; won Jump in the Fire, Creeping Death, Ride the Lightning, and Master of Puppets in a lot for a really good price - apparently too good for the bastard to ship my stuff.)
Other than that, a month. Buying RPG books from an eBay store; my shit was out of stock, and when it came in they filled somebody else's order first.

The longest I ever waited was nearly two months on a poster my girlfriend ordered as a gift for me. After about a month she sent the artist an email and he told her that he was under the impression that her order was a "joke order" because THERE ARE NO GIRLS IN BLACK METAL
i ordered something once like 6 years ago... i received a package with 3 shirts and the 4th on back order.... so i waited. 6 months later i called them up to ask what the hell happened. they said that my credit expired after 6 months....i really don't think they can do that.
The king of making you wait on orders was Richard C. of Wild Rags. I remember ordering Impetigo when it came out and waited almost 3 months to get it. That dude was the worst.
