looking for a nice set so i can practice at ungodly hours of the night. any body got a suggestion on a brand or model?

the alesis dm5 kit is the one i wanna get, its only like 500 bucks, and it comes with a dm5 trigger module which is what most death metal drummers use on their kits. your basically only paying for that thing really, all the other digi kits are soo much more expensive cause they're made to be played live on a regular basis

ya i was thinking of dropping like 1,200 just so i have a nice set that will last for a good long time and play out if needed
