Well, there's just a picture of two people standing there, then a picture of someone shooting them, then a picture of that same guy eating their vital organs. There's no jokes. It's basically just gratutious violence that doesn't really go anywhere.
There would be if it actually had a purpose. There's just no dialogue. Nothing that would spark a guy shooting people. No punchlines at the end. It's just stupid, really.
