they are reforming with new members,
possibly Greg (bass ex-btss) and Jon (drums DwD).

hopefully they can get something new out with the new songs they play on it ( upper tanker and fixation on plastic)

Good luck replacing that drummer...I think he was like the most tech drummer in mass. That's gay that he plays in unearth now. Adam wentworth = who gives a shit.

it'll be super hard to replace him..
there are only a few drummers that I think are on par with mike.

though, I really hope that jon sticks with them and DwD.
he's one of the only people that I think might be able to fill mike's shoes.

i didnt really think their drummer was amazingly technical or anything... there are better drummers around and whatnot... im sure they will find one easily.

Mike is definaly a sick drummer but the sickest in mass? Have you heard virulence???? The Red Chord was decent when they first came out, but most of it is half assed wannabe death metal. I agree with george on this one.

i can't believe how many fags (from MASS even!) are shit talking about the red chord...

they are all fucking nice doods, and they don't suck like ass like most local bands do. they write decent songs that they can play tight live (unlike most bands). as far as their music goes, they basically of drew a line between metal and hardcore enough to bring in fans from both scenes. I think that's a good idea considering more people show up to see them than any other local band i know. You guys also have a problem with their breakdowns, yet you're probably are sitting at home right now listening to fucking bury your dead chugga chugga. There is nothing wrong with metal with lot of groove.

Yeah spalding basically summed it up. I never said anything about the red chord not being good guys, because for the most part they are pretty decent guys. They are good musicians and they've got talent. The breakdowns arent my problem. haha id be a hypocrite if I said I didnt like breakdowns. I just dont look at them the same way I did when the disc first came out. A lot of kids consider them "death metal" but they really arent. I just think they are a tad bit overrated
