as much as i'd like to see arsis again, i fucking hate mnemic and byzantine. i've seen god forbid way more than i'd like to admit, and goatwhore doesn't do much for me live anymore. i'm also supposed to start my move to CT tomorrow. decisions, decisions...
first i'll be staying in cheshire with my boss. after a few months i'll be moving someplace west of hartford, near rte. 8 hopefully.

Arsis were absolutely godly. Entirely new lineup (minus James, of course) from when they came through Worcester in the summer and it is 1000x better.
The second guitarist is so much tighter and the harmonies are really clear. The band is so tight that James can experiment with a lot of different harmonies and it sounds good. The new bassist is pretty dorky but solid and skilled; but really needs to stop doing the playing over the top of the fretboard thing every 5 seconds though. It's really not that cool and makes him look like an assclown.
Darren of course filled Mike's drum spot with 100% total competence, dude is a professional.
I was so pissed. I showed up at 9:45 to find out Arsis already played. What a fucking bum out. Anyway, we drove to a strip club in Worcester, so it ended up pretty good.
