JDDomination, the deal is that all the bands on this were supposed to be doing Pantera songs as a tribute to Dimebag. That's not happening now, just normal sets.
I don't know the order for this, but RAOV are most likely headlining and we will probably play before them, so Phil's drums don't need to be changed. Unless another band uses Phil's drums.

ok, I thought this was downstairs and the hudas priest thing was upstairs.
I don't need a bracelet for upstairs. I will be snapping some pictures downstairs too.
Revocation: I hail you. David's guitar work is mind-blowing.
Deadlikedeath: Murph, I love you. We should make babies together. By the way that Pantera cover was awesome.
RAOV: I was pissed I only got to see 2 songs from these guys. I had to catch the red line back here. From what I heard, it was fucking great. I hope to catch more shows in the future.
Didn't like Medicine4Tim. Sorry.
I was excited to get some merch. Before the show, I wandered down the street and found a music store. Woo! I got Nile- Black Seeds of Vengeance and Faith No More- The Real Thing.
Overall, this was a fucking great night. Thanks to the bands who rocked.
hey rev...did u get a new camera or something? it might be me but the resolution on these looks sharper.... at any rate thanks for all the pictures they fuckin' rule...
he change the processing program he created. I kept telling him i didn't like the program and it made them look crappy in comparison to the originals..and he had been meaning to update it..and he did. I really love the program he's using now.
I just use a batch function from photoshop to resize and stamp my pics but he create a program and the size of his pics are still reasonably small.
here was my review i posted on myspace:
Revocation - BEST METAL BAND IN NEW ENGLAND! If you haven't seen these fucking guys yet, you should. I think their next show is January 4th @ The Linwood. They're opening, so come out. They played an instrumental song that I don't remember hearing before. The drums were a we bit too loud. They drowned out the guitars a bit in the low end stuff, but you could see they were playing their balls off.
Medicine 4 Tim - Kilts are gay. Have a chick singer in a nurse outfit is gay. Having her take the nurse outfit off and finish the set in a silver bikini is even gayer. Please stop being a band.
Dead Like Death - this was the time when I went outside to harass people down the street at Fetish/Goth night at TT the Bears. Yes, I was the kid that was yelling out Mindless Self Indulgence, Nine Inch Nails, and Marilyn Manson. I probably said other things too. Furries are gay. Look up furries. You'll agree. That shit is fucked and they were hanging out at TT's. Too bad Manaray closed. Now these kids have to hang out at TT the Bears.
Random Acts of Violence - So sick! They played a couple of covers and their set was pretty damn long. They rocked out and I had a fun as hell time. Too bad all the nitwits who got into metal via Pantera and Korn started acting all Ozzfest in the middle of the set. Eitherway, I can't wait to see them again on the 4th.

Medicine 4 Tim seemed like they would be very popular with the Baystate Rock Crowd. Dead like Death should do some shows with Rich Horror and the screaming Nervous Breakdown. They would fit perfect together.
revocation: after running through the freezing tundra, I got in for their sound check. Perfect timing. They had to deal with a few random acts of heckling from crowd during their set, but there were people who showed up just for their set and then took off right afterwards. sorry to all the phil fan clubbers out there;I was unable to shoot shiney pictures of his nipples. This is the first time that I've seen them where anthony's bass was perfectly mixed. Usually, there are parts where the bass just BOINGS out into the front of the mix.
medicine for tim: this band changes form over and over I guess. I think carina shot them at some bigger show. They started off with bagpipes. Which put the kilts into context. When I had looked at their myspace, I thought I was just a gimmick cause they had modeling pictures of some girl and then pictures of the band. When a girl in a nurses outfit hit the stage, I realized that the web-gimmick was an actual gimmick. The music was pretty good and her voice wasn't bad, but that gimmick is old as time. When I saw the nurse's outfit come off, I headed to the back of the room. For some reason thinking of that seinfield episode when jerry dates a nudist and talks about "bad naked".
dead like death: they had plenty of people in the front screaming for them. The best part of their set was when the living legend MORAN got on the stage. This dude went into retirement 7 years ago after the far beyond driven tour. They did some song for dimebag. People knew it, I didn't. I've seen these guys a few times now and they are mixing more hardcore/punk drumming into their songs. There were plenty of times during their set that I thought to myself "werent they deathmetal?"
random acts of violence: wow! They all went topless, including andy and he wasn't even the last one. Things are changing. (though a couple black/white photos I snapped made me think they were from a WWII concentration camp). About 2 songs into their set, I snapped my best shot of the night! I should have just packed up my bag and walked out then and there. *sigh* but then I would have missed the drunken hilarity of the mosh-pit action and dry-humping that went down. Their set ended with a clif-hanger. It seems that patmeebles and andy are twins. Is that true? You have to wait for next season. I'm guessing it's some sort of cloning experiment. I hope I figure out more before 1/22/07.
