Been playing about 15 years, have all my own gear, transportation, job blah blah blah.
I'd like to play in a serious band that wants to play a ton of gigs and understands just how hard you have to work to stand above the crowd. I'd also enjoy being able to write music that is unique and unpredictable. Lots of off-time patterns, sudden tempo changes, and bizarre arrangements. Heavy stress on musical creativity, instrumental prowess.
