It's cool that we're playing with Suffocation, Goatwhore and Decapitated (Fear Factory, umm.. not as much), but FUUUUUUCCCCCCCKKKKKK - Necrophagist is playing fifteen minutes from my house.

Maine Metal Scene Presents Goatwhore at The Big Easy venue in Portland on Monday, November 6th. Goatwhore is back by popular demand upon their last visit in Portland last August opening for Ozzfest 2006 band, Strapping Young Lad (Century Media Records). Goatwhore is a black metal band from New Orleans, currently on a nationwide tour. Moreover, two of Maine’s local heavy bands will share the stage as well: The End of Everything and By Blood Alone along with Massachusetts metal band, Random Acts of Violence. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 Day of Show and can be purchased at all Bull Moose Music locations and online at www.TicketWeb.com. The Big Easy is located at 55 Market Street in Portland. This show is 21+. Doors: 8PM. Goatwhore is currently signed with Metal Blade Records and has just released a new album, A Haunting Curse, this month with rave reviews.

The Necrophagist show is at Toads Place in New Haven. I would be very surprised if either venue would let you set the distro up. Just a heads up so you dont waste a trip.

DOES ANYBODY KNOW FOR CERTAIN THAT THESE SHOWS ARE HAPPENING ON THE SAME DAY??? Like - SOMEONE has to be fucking wrong. Who the fuck would say "OK - yeah, let's put these two shows a half hour away from each other on the same night"
