SOILWORK frontman Björn Strid recently spoke to RockDetector.com about the group's 10-year history in the music industry, guitarist Peter Wichers' departure last Christmas and their subsequent search for a replacement, working with Devin Townsend, plans for the new album, side projects, and performing with TESTAMENT's Chuck Billy.

Soilwork were definitely good up to and including Natural Born Chaos (a masterpiece on which they didn't sound like At the Gates), and they were riding the At the Gates wave a lot more than the In Flames.

I totally agree with this. It's a shame that they started to suck so much after NBC. The earlier albums had some really great guitar playing.
