i'm getting quite the beautiful beer gut to go with my 155 pounds of metal fury. i always heard the ladies absolutely love skinny guys with guts, so i think i'm going to continue my gym hiatus for a while.

I'm proud to say that this will be my first show since January 13, 2001.

I'm bringing the metal, fucks.

this will be my first show since march 16, 2002 (the infamous chariots of fire fest). it'll be nice to get back on stage with a full band this time, no drum machines.

fuckin A right, we're all gonna tear it up so bring all the metal motherfuckers on down.

i'm ready to rock. one final tune-up practice tonight, then it's time to bring this act back to the stage. i'm looking forward to it. hopefully the presence of alcohol in my system won't cause flaws in my playing, but even so, it will be fun as hell. i'm proud of my band for pulling together with such limited practice time. i think we'll be good no matter what, and i can't wait to hear all the bands. this is going to be a fun night of metal.

i'm hearing different things about the show...scott called kc's tap about recording the show...but off the subject of recording, the person at kc's tap said that the earliest load in time would be 9:30 which would make it impossible for this show to start at 8....anybody have more information?
