In Dire Need seeks new rhythm section...

We regret to inform you that Josh and Shawn are no longer playing for In Dire Need. There are no hard feelings on our end, and we wish them both the best in their future endeavors. We would like to thank them for the time they have put into this band.

With that said, we are actively seeking replacements for a new bass player and drummer. If you, or someone you know meets the following requirements and would like to audition, message us at our myspace, or e-mail indireneed@indireneed.net

Requirements...

First off, if you are afraid of driving don't waste our time. Members of this band have commuted several hours on a regular basis just to practice. We have members from all over Massachusetts, so if driving lengthy distances sounds intimidating stop reading.

1) Pro level gear.
2) Reliable transportation to get you and your gear to shows.
3) Strong practice availability
4) Full time touring within this year.
5) Must be able to contribute financially.

If you do not meet ALL of these requirements or are not looking to make this band your number one priority, DO NOT waste our time.

IF you are interested in auditioning, e-mail or message us the following: Your name, Age, Location, and the gear you run. We will then schedule an audition for you in New Bedford, Massachusetts. At the audition, you will be expected to know "The Sea's on fire..." and "Harbor Song." We tune down 2 whole steps to C standard.

We hope to hear from you soon.

-In Dire Need

I love In Dire Need, but I don't have a car, so it looks like I'll be missing in dire need tryouts yet again.

hopefully the positions are filled with little hardship.

Wow, I've gone and done it. My post about the drummer being a mongoloid must have made them decide to get rid of him as well.

Can I pick this CD up at tower records? Or perhaps obtain it from the In Dire Need street team? Maybe I'll just tape them next time they're on MTV.

the strange thing about the pic above this post is In dire needs last drummer is more repulsive than the old man.

toggletoggle post by anonymous at Aug 23,2006 7:53pm
i think those electric drums feature a "drum roll" feature for even faster bass rolls
