Relapse Records as announced the 2006 installment of the Relapse Records Contamination Tour.

Contamination 2006 will feature recent Relapse signings Unearthly Trance, Facedowninshit, and Fuck The Facts with special guest appearances by labelmates Jucifer, Buried Inside, Minsk and more in various cities throughout the tour. This Decibel Magazine, Lambgoat.com, Jakprints, and SuicideGirls.com sponsored tour will kick off on September 2nd in Philadelphia and will run through the month. A listing of tour dates can be found below.

All of the bands will be touring in support of their Relapse debuts. Both Unearthly Trance's The Trident and Facedowninshit's N.P.O.N.(Nothing Positive, Only Negative) were released this past April and Fuck The Facts' Stigmata High Five will see release just prior to the tour on August 22.

For years, the 'Contamination' title has been used to by Relapse to expose some of its newest acts. Contamination 2006 is the fifth installment in this tour's history. Previous 'Contamination Tour' alumni include Mastodon, High On Fire, Cephalic Carnage, Neurosis, Coalesce, Dysrhythmia, among others.
