Max Cavalera is apparently flying solo as he has reportedly parted ways
with bassist Marcello D. Rapp, drummer Roy Mayorga and guitarist Mike
Doling - meanwhile, Roy Mayorga and Mike Doling have joined forces with
bassist Tumor (Amen), vocalist Jason Radford (Onesidezero) and guitarist
Levon Sultanian (Onesidezero) to form a new band called Mothra

LIFE OF AGONY
the band has revealed that they plan to take the reunion to the studio and
record a new album

CIRCLE OF DEAD CHILDREN
while the grinders looks for a new drummer, guitarist Jason Andrews and
vocalist Joe Horvath have decided to start a project called Sleepwalker -
the new group includes the remains of Pittsburgh based death/grind band
Sadis Euphoria who recently disbanded and also ex-CODC bassist Alf Kooser
- the songs, ranging from 10-22 minutes long, include everything from
doom, to grind, to sludge, to black metal, to hardcore, to punk rock

NON-HUMAN LEVEL
this solo project of guitarist Christofer Malmström (Darkane) will also
feature bassist Gustaf Hielm (Meshuggah), vocalist Peter Wildoer (Darkane)
and drummer Ryan Van Poederooyen (The Devin Townsend Band)

IRON FIRE
the band has come to a sudden end due to overwhelming musical differences
- though they are parting as friends, the band is being split up into two
- Martin and Mads will continue Iron Fire and Jeff, Jose and Steve will be
starting a new project

TRIVIUM
guitarist Corey Beaulieu has been added to the lineup

EVERGREY
on September 24th bassist Michael Hakansson was involved in a rush hour
pile up with his motorcycle on his way to work - he is laid up for a few
days with a concussion and some bumps and bruises, but will be OK

SATAN
the original 'Court In The Act' lineup will including Brian Ross
(Blitzkrieg) on vocals will reunite for Germany's Keep It True II fest on
April 10, 2004

QUIET RIOT
drummer Frankie Banali has confirmed that the band has called it quits

the band has dropped off of the Six Feet Under tour to take time to find a
permanent lead vocalist - their replacement on the bill will be As I Lay
