Boston hardcore / post-hardcore band VANNA seems to have completed work on their new album "The Search Party Never Came" for Epitaph Records. They were signed last year by Epitaph after Brett Gurewitz saw their Purevolume site (good boost for Purevolume, huh?).
I think I just made that up. Basically enough safety so kids will mosh and ensure the band's cred with the metalcore crowd. I used to call it UPC: Universal Pit Chug.
Just not my thing, I seriously didn't expect them to sound like this when I downloaded the .mp3. My loss I guess.
I could actually write 35 of these songs in an hour. Anyone want to join a fake screamo band?

not to knock these guys if they really did work hard BUT I HEARD they knew the guy who owns purevolume.com and he put them on the front page and that they got signed without much effort at all.
but yeah this is really generic, i want to start a PTW/7a7p esque metalcore band to try to make money.
