I have to say that, to an extent, he is right.
Remember election season when monday was red, tuesday was yellow
wednesday was orange...etc....What ever happened to the color coded warning system? Oh yea...it's not election season anymore.
Whereas I think the Al Qaeda threat is no joke, it doesn't mean I don't think that G.W. and his admin. embraced the threat and utilized it as a scare tactic to motivate more people to support his policies.
