weird, i was thinking about them hopefully coming around again (haven't seen them since the Bomb Shelter w/ The Hidden Hand and Mastodon) & I get this when I got home..

On March 6, acclaimed L.A. power trio Nebula will embark on the first tour - a three-week, nationwide jaunt with labelmates The Hellacopters (the Swedish quintets first US tour in four years) - in support of new album Apollo (street date: Feb. 21), the groups fourth full-length. Produced by Daniel Rey (Ramones, Misfits, L7), Apollo which sees the addition of new bassist Tom Davies features a bonus bootleg video of new song Future Days recorded during a recent Japanese tour. An MP3 of another new track, Fever Frey, has been posted at www.liquorandpokermusic.com, where the album is currently available for pre-order.

The Nebula/Hellacopters tour will also feature New Zealands The Datsuns on three east-coast shows, but when the tour hits Austin, Texas for the annual music industry conference South By Southwest, Nebula will perform alongside Swedens Division of Laura Lee (Epitaph Records) at Maggie Maes on 6th Street just around the corner from Emos, where The Hellacopters will play with Turbonegro, The Datsuns and The Riverboat Gamblers, among others.

Nebula tour dates (all w/ The Hellacopters except *)

Wow! Fuck yes...Both Nebula and The Hellacopters kick ass (Although I haven't heard any new material from either band in years...)

Saw Nebula live once in CT and was floored...
The drummer from Entombed drums for The Hellacopters...

this is like, the perfect lineup for a rock n roll show. seriously. These are the three rock bands that I listen on a regular basis.

Actually, I take that back. You know what band would really make this show kick more nuts than anything else? FREAK KITCHEN
