Dime kicks ass. anyone can go out and say ya pantera sucks and ya damage plan sucks but that does not in any way shape or form take away the influence Dime has had on guitarist and metal in general.

I don't think jealousy has anything to do with it. Alot of people just don't like metal that is popular. Damageplan was bad. I never got into Reinventing the Steel, but the other albums are great. Overrated? To some extent. Influenced shitty slam metal bands? Yeah, Sexcrement toasts Dime every hour on pratice nights. You wanna talk about a band whose capitalizing off Pantera, how bout A Perfect Murder. I think what worked for Pantera more than anything was the image, heavy metal out law shit from the south, that's why it worked and that's why they were so marketable, Image. Which is a nobable reason to hate them too.
I want this album though, it would be cool to hear the three of them jamming out shit, minus phil.
