in canada yesterday, darkest hour had $12,000 stolen from them along with all their personal things from their van (cellphones and stuff).
this money was for their tour.
now, I think they are begging for change to make the rest of the tour.

Boy, that sucks. Did they not have any contents insurance on their van? They should have been turning that cash into Money Orders or wiring it to a bank account instead of carrying that much on them. It's all easy to say after the fact, you never think that'll happen to you. I wish them the best of luck in their recovery efforts, and hope the rest of their tour goes well.
