I'm sure we all (us Maiden fans anyway) have a list of Maiden songs that we don't feel have been given the credit they deserve, overshadowed perhaps by other songs on the album. I want to see everyone's list. Mine is:

Purgatory
Invaders
The Prisoner
Sun And Steel
To Tame A Land
Losfer Words
Flash Of The Blade
The Duellists
Back In The Village
The Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner
Deja Vu
Childhood's End
Judas Be My Guide
and everything off Brave New World and Dance Of Death

I completely agree with this. For some reason I don't understand, people like to talk trash about these albums but I think they are downright amazing.

Iron Maiden is one of the best metal bands of all time.

My 2 favorite Maiden songs always have been and always will be The Phantom of the Opera, and The Clansman, but I don't like original version so much and perfer when Bruce sings them, go figure.

i've heard/owned so many iron maiden albums i can't even begin to start weeding out songs, i don't even remember half the titles! but i will agree completely that "brave new world" and "dance of death" are severely underrated albums; i've only just recently had the opportunity to hear them, and i think they're both great.

TOTAL FUCKING ECLIPSE!!!!

"Run to the Hills" single B-side but it's on most available Number of the Beast CDs.

I will add Chains Of Misery, Infinite Dreams and The Prophecy (one of the top 3 maiden songs ever) ...Fear of The Dark is a great album, they should start playing From Here to Eternity again
