Check this hillarious shit out, I got a message from DEEPSEND RECORDS over myspace saying they dug our music and how we were just the band they were looking to pick up. Well he's recieved the disc now and apparently he has now seen photographs of us live and doesn't feel we fit the 'look' of the rest of his roster (which consists of bands I've never heard of or anyone mention ever). Here's the most recent snippet of conversation between our vocalist Tim and Graham from DEEPSEND.

To be completely honest with you dude, we like the music your band plays. But, we're undecided as of right now whether we want to go down this road right now. First off, our opinion of the band was misconstrued from the moment we saw the actual cd and the clearly juvenlie scripture written on it, not to mention the whole bandana and formal attire at live events. You guys might be playing this all off as a joke and poking fun at the whole fashioncore scene thats completely plagued the entire US this past year, but we won't be the label to bring that sort of juvenile fashion bullshit to the death metal scene. It has no place in extreme music. Now like I said, we don't know you guys personally nor have we actually seen any of your shows, so maybe this is all water under the bridge by now. But judging by the slew of pictures taken by RTTP, it still could be occuring now. It's little shit like this that's keeping a lot of very talented bands like Porphyria unknown by the masses and not signed like you should be. We'll get back to you at a later date. We just need some time to soak this all in. Let me know when you guys are playing and perhaps we'll stop in and check it out.

you know I almost feel bad about posting this now that I see how a lot of people have negative things to say about this label...I don't want it to affect any potential labels interest into thinking we're into starting drama and such. A football riff is a death metal riff that sounds like it was written by a jock so he could have someting to mosh to. Jocks are sometimes known to form horrible death metal bands. Usually influenced by Long Island bands like Suffocation and Internal Bleeding.

Only band on that label I am familiar with is..Images of Violence,They are pretty good, they have Jon Zig(artist) singing for them .Other than that ,fuck Deepsend.
