like at the sounds of the underground i had to sneak my camera in my pants and couldnt take it out cause of all the security and the pics came out like crap anyways on the sotu tour site it saids post your pics here wtf
It really depends on the venue in terms of rules. You're never allowed a pro camera without a photo pass for those type arena shows, but some venues let you bring consumer digis. Big picture is that they wouldn't want people getting awesome quality pics and selling them...there needs to be some form of control. Nowadays with all the camera phones, it's less strict...but some security people get head trips..or it's the venue.

i know but mine was a dissposible and like you said with the camera phones they dont take those away(well at u2 they did) but i think if you pay good money to go someplace you should be able to keep memorys you guys do it very well but you cant do everything... like when i met some of my favorite bands i wanted to take a picture but the security took my camera away now alls i have is my memory of a hand shake or an autograph(which is still good but a picture would be way better)
