I wouldn't even call it nu-metal. Just sounds like more shitty slightly heavy alternative rock to me.

Trapt is garbage, they're pre-processed, over-produced nu-rock, all written for them by a producer, who probably taught them how to play their instruments as well. They're the shining example of what's wrong with rock music now-a-days. They were all hand picked Abercrombie& Fitch fags, which in my book makes them a boy band, just like Linkin Park.
