Just heard word from Jason who lives in Baton Rouge that his drummer Jayson and his girlfreind made it out of New Orleans safely. Their apartment was destroyed and is underwater. They escaped luckily, with very little bit of clothing and supplies. They told me the whole thing is out of control, and like many people have said, New Orleans has more or less become a third world country. I was psyched to hear these guys were ok as they've been buds of mine for a long time now.
