I apologize for the above post, that was from one of our members, he's a fucking retard. But yeah we (BurnMyRemains) were asked by Kenny earlier this week if we would be available to open this show. Obviously we said yes.

fucking christ Kenny, I told that fucker 1000x NO MORE FUCKING BANDS. I didn't want 5 bands on this.

He told us we'd be opening, playing right at 7. We'll play a short set.

All right heres the deal as I know it, we were contacted by Kenny end of last week sometime and he asked us to open this show, playing right at 7. After reading this it seems as though this is out of Kenny's hands. We apologize for any confusion, we're just going on what we were told by Kenny. Anyone that can fill us in on what the real deal is that would be appreciated. Again, sorry for the confusion.

Here's the deal, I was in charge of booking this show. I asked Raising Kubrick to play, told Blue we need a venue. Blue got Kenny involved, got Octane/show gets moved to Voodoo. Blue booked TTOS and TYAG. I fucking told Kenny a million fucking times last week there shouldn't be another band. I called Kenny's work, and house and emailed him, waiting for his response. I'm not trying to be a dick to you guys in BMR-I'm just incredibly irriated with how much bullshit has evolved.
Carina don't worry about paying, I'll take care of that for you.

No big deal dude, you're not coming off as a dick. Things kind of make sense now. Kenny told us we were booked with Cryptic Warning for the 12th in Worcester. We didn't know that it was this show until we did a little research on the matter and discovered that Kenny had booked us for this. I don't exactly know where to go from here, I guess that's up to you and Blue to decide.

this show is gonna fucking rule, considering the fact that we (tyag) drove 12.5 hours to play with Circle of Dead Children in Pittsburgh this weekend just to have the show shut down by cops, then drive another 12.5 hours home. we'll be letting out a lot of aggression, needless to say.

I wanted to go to this show so bad, I got out of work at 5, I had to go home and do some shit and didn't get outta there until 6:40, then I had to drive to Grafton to pickup Kailyn and by the time I got there Tim called and said cryptic warning was already playing. it would have been another 30 minutes before we got there. So I played guitar instead. Sorry dudes :(

i'm just uploading the pics onto my computer now. i probably won't be able to upload them online until tomorrow since i have about 80203409234 art projects to work on tonight, haha. unfortunately i was only able to get pics of cryptic warning, tyag, and neuraxis since my batteries died and had to recharge em.

here's a quick review...

burn my remains: i was only able to hear 2 or 3 songs, but what i heard i dug. sounded pretty tight; reminiscent of necrophagist mixed with between the buried in me (minus the soft stuff). hopefully we'll be playing with them again soon...i need to catch a whole set.

cryptic warning: thrashed the fuck out of me as usual. they get better and better every time i see em, no matter what the setting. i finally picked up the new cd and have listened to it maybe 6 times in a row today, haha. good shit!!!

the taste of silver: this was my first time ever hearing TTOS. i'd have to say that by today's "show standards" if you will, they were the odd man out since there isn't much multi-genre sharing shows around here anymore. they're definitely awesome at what they do, whether you like the style or not.

raising kubrick: no matter where i see RK, they always have the same crunching sound, which fucking rules. this was the first time i've seen them with moe on drums though, and it was amazing. thanks again for the show blue!!!

tyag: fuck those guys.

neuraxis: words cannot fucking explain how amazing neuraxis are live and on cd alike. everything was tight as hell, and the singer is fucking insane!!!! i'd say Ian is probably one of my top 5 favorite frontmen of all time. all of them are the nicest people in the world too. i can't wait to see em again.

overall, this was one of the coolest shows i've ever been to/played. awesome atmosphere, no douchebags, awesome bands, and good sounds minus the quiet PA.

I seriously thought my head was going to explode babysitting Kenny all night. It really pissed me off that myself and Blue did about 95% of the work and scumbag pocketed the money. Neuraxis was fantastic. They were beyond amazed by the energy and heart everyone in the room had last night. As Ian said best "you people feel like a hall of 3,000 people". They sounded awesome and played very very well, I was througly impressed, by far the best set I've seen them play. Great guys as well, they came back to my house and my mother cooked them some chicken wings and meatballs and bought us some beer. We stayed up til 4 am smokin hash talkin about everything you could imagine. A thousand hails to them and the motherland, Quebec.
Thanks to all the bands who played, everyone broke down and set up in great time, we finished pretty early for a 6 band show on a monday. Thank you all, so very very much.
Funniest thing I saw last night...Ian choked Kenny during a song, so Kenny not having a clue about Neuraxis get's offended by it, starts staring down Ian wicked hard. Then Ian comes back with another choke, this time Kenny tries fighting back, trying to choke him as he's being choked, but he can't reach Ian's neck! I think Ian threw him on the floor after that.

this show was freaking awesome, every band was great. kenny is a bastard though, me and josh had to rent the PA last minute which he said was being supplied. and then losing the bag with the money (wtf). anyway, the show was awesome and i was totally impressed by the crowd as well. i definetly would like to do more shows here though, without fuckface screwing things up.

Kenny also fronts the worst band of all time, Life Of Agony...

Steve got Kenny Voodoo...I don't know if they're looking for money on weeknights. It's owned by the Atrium, they rely on some dance nights and shit you know, the upstairs is a total dance club. the scary thing is that they said they took the show as a "personal favor" for kenny and steve. It fucking sucks, Blue and I did all the work and Kenny pocketed the cash. Fucking Cryptic Warning played 3 shows this weekend, didn't get paid once, I tried so hard to get them some cash but it was a no go. fucking steve wasn't even there!
