I tried to get this moved cause of hellfest. this is my first time in a court house. I'm a little nervous...
my only other experience is getting turned down for jury duty once and watching night court.

I completely forgot about this until I was driving here. I'm dressed like a douchebag

toggletoggle post by hoser at Aug 19,2005 8:48am
Relax Rev....it's easy. Act like a douchebag and they'll dump you in a minute.

toggletoggle post by carina offsite at Aug 19,2005 8:49am
Calm down, keep yer cool. That cop won't show and you'll get off. Look around...see if you can find the cop

toggletoggle post by carina offsite at Aug 19,2005 8:56am
Worst case...you'll get it reduced...just be polite. Go over the details in yer head ...so you know yer story and be prepared to tell it to the judge

toggletoggle post by carina offsite at Aug 19,2005 9:06am
Oh and switch yer phone to vibrate

toggletoggle post by litacore   at Aug 19,2005 9:36am
I smell bacon

toggletoggle post by Bradness at Aug 19,2005 9:39am
did you get caught diddling again or something?

toggletoggle post by kellthevalkyrie  at Aug 19,2005 9:40am
EEp. You'll be fine. Just try not to do anything illegal while you're there.

toggletoggle post by carina offsite at Aug 19,2005 9:44am
Diddle? How did you know I was in the car with him? It's a speeding ticket and I told him to contest it. I also changed the original date bcz he was sick. I really hope there is no smell of bacon and sorry I'm not there...but you'll do fine. Yer calling me now aaron but I can't anser sorrt

toggletoggle post by timma at Aug 19,2005 9:45am
make sure you don't have any nose goblins, that usually throws your credibility right out the window.

Ah... What a wonderful seascape of unlawful posession of alcohol, 20 year olds with 6 year old kids, and slow judges all wrapped up in a horrible set of deformed genes.

The officer showed up and basically said that I was guilty of it no matter what of doing over 65. I was crucified by the fact that I told the officer "i have no idea how fast I was going, I was blowing my nose." from now on, I will tell the officer 65 no matter what. The only thing different between my story and his was the fact that his recount didn't have the truck that was in front of me. Also, in NH if you loose, the ticket automatically goes up 20%. The judge will also readjust the ticket so they dropped the ticket by 20%, but then their was a 20% fee... Oh well.

toggletoggle post by timma at Aug 19,2005 9:52am
i think i just had a brain hemorrage try to understand that.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Aug 19,2005 9:53am
oh and all the kids in there were 20 and knew each other. it was like a highschool reunion (though I'm sure they all hang out at dunkins on friday/sat nights). most of them were like "tooper blah, blahs older brother pulled me over"

toggletoggle post by carina offsite at Aug 19,2005 9:59am
That sucks..feel free to blame me for wasting yer time since I insisted...maybe though...it won't affect yer insurance this way...ill find out..that sucks

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Aug 19,2005 10:46am
I asked and it will affect my insurance.
and you can pay me back...

toggletoggle post by Josh_Martin at Aug 19,2005 10:54am
NH courts are way stricter than Mass courts.
Live Free or Don't.

toggletoggle post by carina offsite at Aug 19,2005 10:54am
Hahahaha....my coworkers just saw that

toggletoggle post by kRIStEn D. at Aug 19,2005 10:58am
WOW the officer showed? I did one of those and he did not show and it was dropped. Then again I kept postponing the date and it ended up 2 years later.

Man, your insurance is gonna go up a lot. Me sorry

toggletoggle post by Josh_Martin at Aug 19,2005 10:59am
Troopers usually show up. Local cops usually don't.

toggletoggle post by carina offsite at Aug 19,2005 11:00am

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Aug 19,2005 11:20am

That's awesome. At least you get to think about the mountain of paperwork you caused that pig to have to fill out.

I got my car registered in NH. No more insurance for me!

toggletoggle post by hoser at Aug 19,2005 1:30pm
Except that I'm a NH insurance agent. And, now I'll just have to look you up on the choicepoint database and let your agent know that you are yet another masshole illegally registering your vehicle in our wonderful state.

*rubs hands together and cackles*

Actually, its registered legally, I have residences in both states and my job is in NH.
You think I'd say that on a public forum if it was illegal?

Dumbass.

Drat! I thought that this was my big chance to take you down!

Foiled again!!

If you jerk off in front of the judge while humming a Rotten Sound tune that usually throws them off and they will dismiss your case.
