Message from Digestor of Ghoul:
We're having some trouble with this tour because the promoter only booked half the dates with just ten days until the tour starts. It's likely we are not going, as much as we would like to. It's just that we can't reward people for not doing their jobs and we can't destroy our lives so some promoter can make money off us. The fact that the tour starts in 10 days and you don't even know whether we're playing or whether there is a tour is a perfect example of why we're not going. |

I was under the impression one or two were Impaled members and the other guys were from other bands in that clique, like Lord Gore or Splatterhouse?

No Ghoul? No Impaled? that is shitty...I seen Mortician live,I mean yeah it was cool seein all my favorite mortician songs live with a drummer,But as far as worth the show,no way. Ghoul,Impaled and Dissector were my only reasons for goin  |

From a My Space bulletin from GHOUL: "Any shows you may have heard about Ghoul playing are not being played by Ghoul. As of two weeks before the tour the promoter has booked less than half the shows, and for us poor people this is not an acceptable situation. Do not be fooled by flyers or ads with our name or logo. Continuing to promote bands which have canceled and/or not agreed to play shows is a familiar tactic of promoters, and this one in particular. Please go and support Mortician and the other bands, buy their merch, have a great time, but do not expect Ghoul to be playing. We will try and make it up to anyone who was disappointed in the near future." |

I only bought their CD because it stated on the coverlet, "We don't like to categorize our music to any one genre; however, we refuse to put out anything that isn't brutal and unforgettable." I was certainly dissapointed, but I should have known better considering they felt it necessary to put that on their CD.
