Didn't enjoy 'Souls to Deny' very much. It's a solid slab of....well, Suffocation. I'm biased though, I've always preferred their first EP and full-length to anything they've done since. It was more about speed than chug then.
I thought it was an excellent record and had some very memorable songwriting and riffing, with amazing musicianship as could be expected. I agree about the production comments though; something about the vocals sounds very odd on this record, although they are well done.
