Yea, so since I make a bundle of money now I decided to wast $14 on the Iced Earth DVD. I knew it wasn't a concert going into it, but I mean, it was such a waste of money. Like, I got the funds to throw around too, and I said that because it was. I love Iced Earth, but this was just stupid. The Gettysburg thing was just stock footage of re-enactments occassionally, and a few cannons firing, and a whole bunch of CGI flag waving and putting pictures of Generals behind them...for 32 minutes. It was hilarious. Like, I don't see how they sat there and watched that and thought it was amazing. The least they could have done was make an animated movie to go along with it instead of that. I think everyone on earth would have prefered a live DVD of them playing it.

Then there's the interview portion, which is Mark Briody from Jag Panzer interviewing John Shaffer. I lost interest after a few minutes just because it wasn't exciting. Half the time Shaffer rambled off to talk about Demons and Wizards and Hansi Kursh. Hilarious.

Like I said I love Iced Earth, but I just didn't think the DVD was worth it.

BTW if you're going to repost on this and say how much I suck or how much you don't care, don't even bother because I'll probably never open this thread ever again. Later douches
