ok well you need to have a site to host it..but if you don't and if you guys have a myspace BAND page, you can put mp3s on there and it's free and easy!

you mean you have the mp3 on your computer and want people to be able to download and listen?
if you want to do it off your site
then save the mp3 like you would photos or whatever else you have online
