The first monthly Eugenics award goes to New Bedford drug dealers who when faced with the need to use something in which to cut their drugs tried something different. A rather large batch of heroin was cut with rat poison. The result has been several deaths and many more are expected. Way to go boys.

What's the matter baby laxative wasn't available? I did th ejob though so who's complaining. More dead junkies equals more drugs for me.
