load-in, is 6:30 - 7:30PM. If you need one or two people in for free, please let me know their first/last name before 7PM... or have those one or two people come in WITH the band when you load-in.... but we can't have a posse of a dozen come in with the band during load-in, otherwise that will effect everyone in the $ dept. i appreciate your co-op with that
