You're just jealous that April 16th isn't YOUR birthday.

if I knew anything by the buzzcocks or ever saw anything they ever had I'd probably agree.

this show was a lot of fun.

APSE - they were really good. They have 2 drummers, 3 guitars, a bass, and keys. It was hard to fit them in Nate's basement and I think it was hard for the two drummers to hear each other. Still, they are a very talented band.

The Cyst - way better since last I saw them. Reminds me of Tears of Avarel and such. We played a split set against them. It was awesome!!!! soooo much fun. I highly endorse the battle sets. For those not in the know, we battled by setting up across from one another and taking turns playing songs...then we did two songs at the same time. That was nuts!!!

Flee The Century (WA) -- they were actually really cool. Very catchy. Synths, bass, vox, and drums. No guitar. Kinda neat. Like Horse the band with no guitars or moshcore breakdowns.

My Life With The Spaniard (WA)-- Kinda like Orchid mixed with Hot Cross and such. Not a lot of distortion, two guitars, no bass. They were a lot different than what I heard online but still pretty good.

The Forest Savage -- their bass player couldn't make it (we scare them off). They weren't as good as last time I saw them but I still like the angle they take on music. Fans of Hopesfall would dig it.

LoveBleach or something like that -- Timeheater didn't play, but rather Nate and this guy Adam did a cover of Immigrant Song and of Killing in the Name Of with a gameboy and vocals. Pretty fun, though Immigrant didn't sound anything like the original. I wanted Timeheater!!!! I WILL FIGHT FOR TIMEHEATER!!!

Shaniqua - soooo good. The audience was like 6 kids by the time they had a chance to play, but it was worth it. Great set, we had fun singing along.
