Kids stage dive... every once in a while. They do like circle pits and stuff, and they aren't very violent. I don't know if maybe the rowdy people weren't there or what, but it was very easy to shoot photos with no photo pit. The club is set up kind of like Bills Bar, only wider and and more room in the entrance with a little side room there for merch. They also have TV's set up in places where you can sit down and they have a camera on the show, so you can watch it on the TV and hear the show. Oh yeah, and the average age is like 16 and a half. I'd say 75% of the crowd were high schoolers, and A LOT of them were YOUNG. They also threw on like 6 local openers but we got there later because we didn't know the show started at 4.

Crytopsy is playing tonight. I am debating whether or not I will go. I don't really care for anyone that is playing other than The Autumn Offering and I don't have money to get in. I COULD possibly hit one of them up to get in but I hate asking for shit...

i went to this show in portland and it was really awsome all the bands played really well but the turnout was not as big as i expected.

I was pretty surprised by the turnout. There were probably a good 170-200 people there. I am totally seeing Shadows Fall and the Soulfly/God Forbid tour at a club right on the beach that is owned by the Van Zant brothers...
