Galy Recs own metalcore act Disphoria will share the stage with Bleeding Through on February 9th in Paris!

Here are some quotes taken from reviews of their album Sleep and Fly Away…

7/10 Decibel

17/20 Violent Solutions

Slipping and slamming into thrash grooves and speed games that recall harsher Shadows Fall and more malevolent Disfear. - David Perri

Disphoria is certainly an accomplished addition to the canon of underground metalcore and worth it for fans of said genre to check them out. - FishComCollective

Intensity pushed to the max! - Darkest Hours

When this band plays heavy, they're one of the most crushing metalcore outfits I've ever heard. Even their use of melody is appropriate and effective. - Into Obscurity

AUGURY news:

The band will be part of the Northern Lights Festival 2005 alongside label mate Unexpect, headliner Impaled Nazarene and seven other bands. For more info:

Augury’s online interview is now available on Into Obscurity webzine :

MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "javascript:openwin('http:" claiming to be http://www.into-obscurity.com/interviews/interviews.asp?interviewID=65

Augury has also been named new artist of the month for October on www.thedarkesthours.com and are artist of the month for December on www.xwarp.net. The band his also mentioned in Tate Bengtson’s (Unrestrained! Magazine) top 15 of 2005

Here are some quotes taken from reviews of their debut album Concealed:

7/10 BW&BK

9/10 Terrorizer

5.5/6 Metallian

8/10 Unrestrained!

88% Darkest Hours

10/10 Ontario Metal

8.5/10 Metal Observer

18/20 Violent Solutions

10/10 Ottawa Metal

Once again, the province of Quebec, Canada has given us another lesson in metal. It doesn't matter what style of extreme metal you're talking about, you can name a band from this region as a top example of it. Augury are no exception... "Concealed" is as intelligent as extreme metal gets. - Into Obscurity

This certainly is as melodic as it is heavy. - FishComCollective

Fans of extreme metal will fall in love at first listen if they love complexity, weird structures and beautiful melodies mixed up with powerfull brutality! - 88% Darkest Hours

Concealed has so much to offer with each spin. An enjoyable journey into metal for sure.

- 8/10 Unrestrained!

This has quite easily topped all others as my best CD of 2004. Incredibly unique and it features an amazing innovativeness that you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere.

- 10/10 Ontario Metal

Taking symphonic and technical death metal to epic proportions, "Concealed" leverages Augury's inherent progressive leanings into one of the year's most thorough, well-choreographed blends of black, death, and folk metal melody. - Uranium Music
