Not to sound like an asshole.. but I sort of saw this coming a few months ago...
ascendancy should learn from this and continue on since their cds are solid. if need be, live, two guitars sound better, but I think they could pull shows off with just one. On cd.. er.. just layer it? hah!
I also figured that josh would want to do some back-up vocals which would cause strife in the band.. but I don't know if that came to pass.
Anyhow, d00dz, where is the hell-across the US tour with Vengence in Blood/Ascendancy 2007 with all original living members? |

mike is an amazing guitarist, but ascendancy can definitely keep going. i remember the first time i saw them, it was just terence and seth; i was blown away when i saw just 2 people creating the biggest sound ever |

never split up a band if only one person is gone sure it sucks but you still have ans out there that would be sorely dissapointed if you all just decided to call it quits |

yeah, Mike was a key player (they all are, I would imagine) but I mean, Terrence still sings and does guitar...Josh still plays bass...Seth is still whacking' the kit...so they're still the same band for the most part. |

anyways they shouldn't break up, bands lose members all the time, it's the natural way of music life. as long as they still rock, they'll still be my favorite local act \m/
it's a shame what happened but part of a band is bussiness, as much as bandmates are friends, you have to think of the band's future, and sometimes you just gotta get rid of the people that are holding the band back and/or causing problems
