I am currently eating tofu sauteed w/ onions, garlic, mushrooms, spinach, red,green and yellow peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots sprinkled with bit of tumeric and then tossed together with wild rice. It is good but i wish I had put some hotter spices in it.

Food: manicotti w/ bowtie pasta.
