I am glad Discharge is in the list.

I hate how these magazines only give credit to bands who deserve it in little lists that nobody looks at. Why not interview DRI or whoever in the magazine, so all the little kids reading about Linkin Park might read the DRI (or whoever) interview? A list with 40 bands they never heard of doesn't mean anything, and people who know the bands will just argue with things like 'Anal Cunt should be the best' or 'What about Destruction' because we know more then the people at Decibal.
