well kell, aaron made them last night and they were awesome!
he baked them in the oven and added a bit of olive oil to them..

now he used velveeta..i had also bought shredded mozzarella, but he didn't think it was a good idea to put that on top...i think with that...would have been even yummier..

i had never tried velveeta before..it was "ok"

Oh, you should have gone for the Shredded Mozzarella on top. Good cheeses for Cheese fries are Montery Jack and Cheddar mixed together, and Mozzarella is very good, too. I always use shredded cheese for mine. I think I had velveeta when I was younger....but I don't really remember it. Mixing cheeses is sometimes a good idea. Next time, you'll have to try it.
