EXTOL ANNOUNCE NEW MEMBERS and UPDATE FANS ON RECORDING ACITIVITIES

Century Media recording artist Extol have officially announced the band’s new permanent guitarists, and send this message to fans, “We are proud to present the new Extol members! After our two guitarists (Ole & Christer) left the band in February this year, we found ourselves standing on bare ground in search for new, dedicated members, and also for the direction to take musically. The vision of the band burned stronger than ever, and so we needed guitarists and songwriters who were willing to give their all for Extol and that would also fit into the band personally.

It´s therefore our privilege to announce Tor Glidje and Ole Halvard Sveen as Extol’s new permanent guitarists. As many of you already know, Tor already contributed to Extol on bass and guitar throughout the Undeceived era. Additionally, both he and Ole Halvard are considered the masterminds behind the black metal cult act Lengsel and the super-energic rock-band Ganglión. We are deeply honored to have them in our unit and hereby we welcome them into the Extol-family.”

Currently in the studio, the band is putting the finishing touches on the follow-up to 2003’s Synergy. The band has returned to Toproom Studios (Borknagar, Tristania) with Borge Finstad (The Haunted, Heaven Shall Burn), and artwork is being designed by Astrik Studios (Zao, Poison The Well). Fans can expect an early 2005 release, and plans to bring them to the U.S. are already underway.
